Welcome to Cotswold Edge Internal Arts 

We offer classes, workshops and private lessons in Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan) and Chi Kung (Qigong).

Alongside this, several Chinese therapies are available, including Tui Na Chinese Massage, Medical Qigong and Acupuncture, all of which enhance your practice of the internal arts and vice versa.

These internal arts are suitable for all ages, levels of fitness and ability and the exercises can be adapted to suit any physical capabilities or special needs, so anyone can benefit.

These ancient Chinese arts are peformed slowly, allowing the body to move in a relaxed and natural way. This helps improve posture, balance, flexibility and your general health, as tension is released from the body and mind. Some other common benefits are: improvements in your energy levels, mood, sleep, the immune system and the body getting healthier and stronger from the inside, allowing your internal energy (chi or qi) to flow better.
